These digital quilts were created in response to a lack of access to textile studios and equipment and a contemplation of traditional quilting practice. Each one draws on my archival research, working with Fisch (aka King Frankie Sinatra). Fish is a Rebel Dyke, ex Black Widow, Club night producer and Drag King who co-created the first lesbian SM night in the UK - 'Chain Reaction'.  The works are devoted to intergenerational connection and conversation between dykes. Drawing on SM culture, cats and Lesbian Avengers they are a patchwork of lesbian memory and desire - a document of an archival encounter. Existing as digital objects, they are suspended in the possibility of becoming material.
